تزامناً مع مأساة السوريين والسوريات في المناطق المنكوبة شمال غرب سوريا والتي كانت أكثر المناطق تضرراً مادياً وبشرياً جراء كارثة الزلزال في الأراضي السورية، ومع تسارع خطوات التطبيع مع نظام الأسد من بوابة "إنسانية" تأتي هجمات ميليشيات الأسد والميليشيات الإيرانية الصاروخية لتستهدف المناطق المدنية في أكثر من نقطة.

الموجة الأولى جاءت منذ صباح اليوم الاثنين الواقع في 27/2/2023 حيث تم استهداف أطراف قرية كفريا بريف إدلب الشرقي بالقذائف الصاروخية، كما تم استهداف أطراف قرية الكندة بريف جسر الشغور الغربي بعدد من الصواريخ (من نوع الفيل)، واستهداف قرية السرمانية بريف حماه الغربي بعدد من قذائف المدفعية الثقيلة، كما تم في حوالي الساعة الواحدة والربع استهداف محيط قرية كفرتعال بريف حلب الغربي.

أما الموجة الثانية فقد استهدفت أطراف قرى وبلدات كفريا والفوعة وبنش ومعرة مصرين والطريق الدولية (إدلب – باب الهوى) بقذائف المدفعية الثقيلة حيث سقط عدد كبير من القذائف في محيط تلك القرى والمزارع والمخيمات المحيطة.

كل هذه الهجمات تأتي كصفعة جديدة على وجه الأسرة الدولية وتؤكد على أن نظام الأسد وحلفائه ماضون في سياسة القتل والدمار وارتكاب المزيد من جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية، وأنه لا خيار لإنهاء معاناة جميع السوريين سوى بتطبيق العدالة ومحاسبة مرتكبي الانتهاكات بدلاً من مكافأتهم. 

Statement On the Assad regime's continued violations against the liberated areas

The first wave came on Monday morning, 27/2/2023, when the outskirts of Kafriya village in the eastern countryside of Idlib were targeted with rockets, the outskirts of Al-Kinda village in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughour were targeted with a number of missiles (special missile which cause great destruction), and the village of Al-Sarmaniyeh in the countryside of Hama was targeted with a number of heavy artillery shells, and at about 1:15, the vicinity of Kafr Taal village in the western countryside of Aleppo was targeted

As for the second wave, it targeted the outskirts of the villages and towns of Kafriya, Al-Foua, Binnish, Maarat Misrin, and the international road (Idlib - Bab Al-Hawa) with heavy artillery shells, as a large number of shells fell in the vicinity of those villages, farms, and surrounding camps

All these attacks come as a new slap in the face of the international community and confirm that the Assad regime and its allies are continuing their policy of killing and destruction and committing more war crimes and crimes against humanity, and that there is no option to end the suffering of all Syrians except by applying justice and holding the perpetrators accountable instead of rewarding them
