في ذكرى عيد النيروز الذي يحتفل به أبناء شعبنا السوري من المكون الكردي الأصيل فجعنا جميعا بالجريمة النكراء التي حصلت جراء مشاجرة تحمل في طياتها جريمة كراهية تمت تغذيتها بمخلفات الفكر العنصري والعقلية البعثية الإقصائية.

وبناء على واجباتنا تجاه شعبنا السوري وحضارته وعراقته وقيم الثورة ومبادئها فإن الأجهزة الشرطية وكافة تشكيلات الجيش الوطني بدأت عمليات البحث والتحري عن المجرمين المتوارين عن الأنظار، وعليه نتعهد بمواصلة التحقيقات وصولاً إلى كشف جميع ملابسات الجريمة وخلفياتها وغاياتها ووضعها أمام السوريين والعالم بكل شفافية.

ونؤكد على أن وقوف جميع السوريين الأحرار بمختلف انتماءاتهم صفاً واحداً في وجه الظلم والجرائم  وتمسكهم بمبادئ الثورة وقيمها، وإيمانهم الراسخ بحقوقهم المشروعة بما فيها كفالة الحقوق والحريات وفق الشرعة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان هي صمام الأمان لإفشال كل المخططات لتمرير مشاريع تمزيق السوريين وزرع الكراهية والانقسام، وهي الكفيلة باستعادة الوطن وبسحق كل الأفكار العنصرية والطائفية ومن يغذيها ويقف ورائها، وهي السبيل لبناء سوريا الحرة  لجميع أبنائها ومكوناتها على أسس المواطنة والعدالة وسيادة القانون مهما طال الزمن وازدادت التحديات. 

A Statement

 On the Heinous Crime of Jindires, Coinciding with our People's Celebrations of Nowruz 

On the anniversary of Nowruz, which is celebrated by our Syrian people from the purebred Kurdish component, we were all grieved by the heinous crime that took place as a result of a quarrel that carries with it a hate crime that was fueled by the remnants of racist ideas and the exclusionist Baathist mentality

Based on our duties towards our Syrian people, their civilization and their nobility, and the values and principles of the revolution, the police services and all formations of the national army have begun searches and investigations for criminals who are hiding, and accordingly we pledge to continue investigations until all the circumstances, backgrounds and objectives of the crime are revealed and presented to the Syrians and the world with full transparency 

We affirm that the support of all free Syrians with all their affiliations as one in the face of injustice and crimes, their adherence to the principles and values of the revolution, and their firm belief in their legitimate rights, including guaranteeing rights and freedoms in accordance with the International Bill of Human Rights, is the safety valve to thwart all plans to pass projects to tear the Syrians apart and sow hatred and division, which is the guarantee to restore the homeland and by crushing all racist and sectarian ideas and whoever feeds and support them, and this is the way to build a free Syria for all its people and components on the basis of citizenship, justice and the rule of law, no matter how long it takes and whether the challenges increase
