تأكيدًا على التزام الجيش الوطني بأعلى معايير حقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني، وفي سياق التعهدات المستمرة بمحاسبة مرتكبي الجرائم في حق السوريين والسوريات في المناطق المحررة، أصدرت محكمة الجنايات العسكرية حكمها في قضية الجريمة المروعة التي ارتُكبت في جنديرس يوم عيد النيروز.
يأتي هذا القرار القضائي كتطبيق عملي لنهج المحاسبة والالتزام الحكومي بتحقيق العدالة، مُظهرًا رفضًا صارمًا لأي تجاوزات والتصدي للأفراد الذين يرتكبون أعمالًا غير قانونية.

As a culmination of these efforts, the four main suspects were convicted of their charges, and a death sentence was issued against them as a punishment for the heinous crime they committed
